时勘，中国人民大学心理学系和中国科学院大学经济与管理学院教授、博士生导师，中科院心理研究所客座研究员，中国心理学会监事长、中国社会心理学会前任副理事长、现任常务理事，国家社会科学基金重大项目（13&ZD155）首席科学家、亚洲组织与员工促进（EAP）协会主席。时勘博士为中国心理学会认定心理学家，国家人力资源和社会保障部专家咨询委员会专家，国家人力资源管理人员职业资格鉴定专家委员会副主任委员，国家社科基金重大项目和国家自然基金委员会管理学部学科评议专家和中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部咨询专家。他承担多项国家自然科学基金、国家科技部和教育部国家级项目，获得国家省部委级和中国人民解放军科学技术进步奖二等奖9项，技术专利2项，己发表学术论文400余篇，其中SSCl、EI 65篇，SSCI被引用1019次，CSCD核心期刊论文343篇，被引用率22056次。他提出的“智能模拟培训法”被亚太经合组织推荐为“亚洲地区样板培训模式”，科研成果广泛应用于企事业、政府机关、军队、高层管理者、飞行员和航天员选拔培训和绩效评价，提出的和谐社会中健康型组织建设的思想受到业界广泛重视，向有关方面提出政策建议多次获得中央、省部级领导的批示并采纳，时勘博士课题组团队愿意与大家合作，为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量。

摘要：

孙中山先生百年之前的《建国方略》，构想了中国梦的宏伟蓝图，中国共产党不仅实现了孙中山先生的梦想，五年来还办成了许多过去想办而没有办成的大事，正在托举起中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。但是，整个社会的文化氛围和国民大众的心理状况与此并不同步。国务院最近发布的健康中国战略特别强调了心理健康的重要性，正在通过社会心理服务体系来加强民族复兴的进程。五年前，我们申请获批《中华民族伟大复兴的社会心理促进机制研究》社科基金重大项目，正是探索社会心理服务体系建设的途径和方法的，该项目已圆满完成，并获得免检通过。

在理论研究方面，我们主要取得了五方面成果：1.民族复兴的历史渊源及其社会心理结构的评估模型研究，通过对民初古今中西之争的文化论战的总结发现，中西跨文化比较所呈现的差异证实，中华民族具有不同于其他民族的发展社会文化的奋斗精神，中国的传统文化不会随着社会变迁而被取代，可以通过培养历史意识来理顺社会变迁的观念与态度，对未来充满文化自信可理清现今发展阶段的不良社会心态，增强对于国家认同。2．基于胜任特征模型的能力建设研究，通过突出战略分析能使胜任特征建模结构更突出战略决策的作用，新型的工作适应性分析方法能揭示人职匹配、组织社会化等因素的特殊作用；在获得危机救援的新型的抗逆力模型之后，所设计的安全心智培训模式能保障组织的安全运行，并实现了与国家应急救援平台的对接。3.科学思想库、人才培养及科学普及的心理影响机制研究，在与国家科技创新关系密切的科学思想库建立方面，提出的我国战略性新兴产业的方案被中央领导所采纳；在培养和造就科学前沿的高端人才培养方面，获得的人才成长的社会心理影响因素，形成了新型的培养模式；而提出的科学普及策略在提高国民对科学技术的关注、形成全民科技强国的意识方面发挥了重要作用。4.基于网络媒体平台的社会心理行为的集成研究，以信息技术为主导，利用心理学技术、网络技术挖掘的网民集群行为的物理特征、心理特征、社会特征，促进了网络媒体数据的高效获取与集成、网络媒体数据的用户分类以及社会网络媒体大数据的系列研究，取得了更佳的解决方案。5．民族复兴的社会心理促进模式的示范性研究，研制出一套稳定的执行程序，每个步骤都有可操作的实施要求和应对措施，保障了社会心理促进工作的顺利进行。

本项目获得的应用性成果是对于习近平同志在十九大报告中提出的“加强社会心理服务体系建设”和国务院的健康中国战略的积极呼应。经过五年来的研究，主要获得了如下应用性成果：①医护人员的抗逆力模型的研究成果发现， 心理脱离策略具有明显的中介作用，可在压力情境中保持工作投入和工作幸福感；②老年人社交网络和健康的关系的研究，验证了社会网络结构的数量和质量对老年人心理健康的重要性；③失智老人康复的理论研究已经转化成培训途径和方法，用于上海静安区街道7700位老年人，通过认知功能训练、户外有氧训练和心理健康讲座等活动，使得失智人群生活质量获得了很大的改善；④晚期癌症病人的死亡应对与临终精神性关怀研究，采用了中医药参与舒缓护理、安宁护理和志愿服务等方法，在完善临终关怀方法上取得了突破性进展；⑤社会支持对丧亲适应的研究，使得我们调整了工作方向点，把重点放在死者家属的哀伤辅导方面，取得了明显的成效；⑥珠江三角洲的社会融合模式的研究，发现政府的社会融合计划加快了社会融合的步伐，而亲友和家人的社会支持也能缓解弱势群体的压力；⑦重庆渝中区的廉洁文化评价系统，采用的360度评价方法加强了评估的客观性，得到了《人民论坛》2017年3月1日头版头条的报道；⑧中国五矿集团的组织文化对企业并购的作用机制及干预模式研究，在澳大利亚OZ公司的并购中取得成功，并在国内外其他行业得以推广，成效显著；⑨山东能源集团的安全心理培训及系统集成的研究，形成了企业良好的安全文化氛围，保障了安全生产，获得了山东省领导的批示；⑩危机救援的社会心理服务研究成果，使得紧急救援员职业资格培训得到了国家的支持，并促进了北京地区的危机救援普及性教育活动；北京市红十字会在“天安门金水桥危机事件”中发挥了重要作用，确立了红十字组织在危机救援中的公益性地位；⑾沈阳军区的基层主官的胜任特征模型的研究成果，历时7年，开发出“基层主官胜任特征评价应用系统”，在全军得以推广。

本项目正式发表学术论文108篇,出版学术专著共15部，获得了中国人民解放军总参谋部和山东省科学技术进步奖两项一等奖、中央政治局委员和省部级领导批示各1项，国家煤矿安监局全国推广通知1项，达到了预期目标。

The Research on the Social Psychological Promotion Mechanism of the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation

Mr Sun yat-sen's <strategy for the founding of the People's Republic> envisioned a grand blueprint a hundred years ago, the communist party of China has not only realized Dr. Sun's dream, but has also accomplished many great things in the past five years that it wanted to do but failed to do, It is holding up the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. However, the cultural atmosphere of the whole society and the psychological state of the public are not in sync with this. The state council's recently released healthy China strategy is strengthening the process of national rejuvenation by establishing a social-psychological service system. Five years ago, we applied for the approval of a major project of the national social science foundation "research on the social psychological promotion mechanism of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation", which is exactly the research on the ways and methods to explore the construction of the social psychological service system. After five years of efforts, the project was successfully completed, and was exempted from inspection.

The main theoretical achievements in five aspects: 1. The history of national rejuvenation and evaluation model of the structure of social psychological research, based on the summary of ancient and modern Chinese and western culture controversy, cross-cultural comparison of Chinese and western have confirmed that the Chinese nation is different from other nation in fighting spirit for the development of social culture, traditional Chinese culture will not be replaced along with the social change, We can straighten out the concept and attitude of social change by cultivating historical consciousness, full of cultural confidence for the future can clarify the current development stage of adverse social mentality, to strengthen the national identity.2.Capacity building based on competencies model research, through strategic analysis competency modeling structure more can reflect the effect of decision, the new work adaptability analysis method can reveal special effects of the people job matching, organize social factors, after acquiring the new art of the crisis rescue resilience model, the design of safety mental training mode can guarantee enterprise safety in production, and implements the docking with the national emergency rescue system.3. The psychological impact mechanism research of scientific think tank, talent cultivation and scientific popularization, in the building of science think tank is close to the national science and technology innovation, we put forward the strategic emerging industry in China's plan was adopted by the central leadership, in the training and bringing up High-end talents at the forefront of science, talent growth of social psychological factors are presented, which formed a new training mode, and science popularization strategy in improving national focus on science and technology and forming national consciousness of the national power of science and technology has played an important role.4. The integrated research of social psychological behavior basing on the network media platform, was dominated by information technology, physical characteristics, psychological characteristics, social characteristics and network characteristics of cyber citizen cluster behavior were mined by psychological technology and network technology, promote a series of research include efficient acquisition and integration of the network media data, a classification of users based on the network media data and big data of social network media, a series of solutions were obtained. 5.The demonstration study on the model of promoting social psychology of national rejuvenation, has developed a set of stable implementation procedures, and every step has operational requirements and countermeasures, which guarantees the smooth progress of promoting social psychology.

The applicable results of this project are a positive echo of the "strengthening the construction of social psychological service system" proposed by President Xi in the report of the 19th national congress of the CPC and the healthy China strategy of the state council. In the past five years, we have mainly obtained the following application results: ①The research results of resilience model of health care workers have found that psychological detachment plays an intermediary role and can maintain job engagement and job happiness in stressful situations. ②The research results on the relationship between social network and health in the elderly verify the importance of the quantity and quality of social network structure to the mental health of the elderly in China. ③After the theoretical research on the rehabilitation of the elderly with dementia was transformed into training approaches and methods, it was applied to 7700 elderly people in jing 'an district of Shanghai, and cognitive function training, aerobic training and other training activities were implemented, which greatly improved the life quality of the population with loss and wisdom. ④The research results of coping with the death of terminal cancer patients and mental care in the end of life have made breakthroughs in improving the methods of hospice care by adopting such methods as palliative care, hospice care and volunteer service with traditional Chinese medicine. ⑤The research results of social support on bereavement adjustment have led us to adjust the focus of our work to the bereavement guidance for the bereaved family members, and achieved great success. ⑥The research results of the pearl river delta social integration model show that the local government's social integration plan accelerates the pace of social integration, and the social support from relatives and family members can relieve the pressure of vulnerable groups. ⑦The clean culture evaluation system of Yuzhong district, Chongqing, adopts a 360-degree evaluation method to enhance the objectivity of the evaluation, which was reported on the front page of people's BBS on March 1, 2017.⑧The research results on the action mechanism and intervention mode of organizational culture on enterprise merger and acquisition have achieved success in the merger and acquisition of OZ company in Australia, which has been promoted in different industries at home and abroad with remarkable results. ⑨The research on safety psychology training and system integration has formed a good safety culture atmosphere of the enterprise and ensured the safety production. This project has been approved by the leaders of Shandong province.⑩Crisis rescue psychosocial services research achievements, make emergency member of the professional qualification training support from the state, in the Beijing Red Cross "tiananmen jinshui bridge crisis". played an important role in establishing the public position of the Red Cross organizations in crisis rescue. ⑪The research results of the competency characteristics model of grass-roots chief officers, which took 7 years to develop the Shenyang military area command (Shenyang) "grass-roots chief officers competency characteristics evaluation application system", were popularized in the whole army. During the implementation of this project, 108 academic papers were officially published, 2 special issues of human resources were published, 15 academic monographs were published, and 1 translation was published. The project has won the first prize of the general staff department of the people's liberation army of China and the first prize of the Shandong provincial science and technology progress award, one of the instructions from members of the political bureau of the CPC central committee and leaders at provincial and ministerial levels, and one of the notices of the state coal mine safety supervision bureau to promote the achievements of the project to the whole country, achieving the expected goal.
